Use this card to organize information about the facial
nerve. On the right side of the section draw in the motor nuclei associated
with the facial nerve. On the left side, do the same thing for the sensory
components of the facial. Identify structures that lie adjacent to these
nuclei and nerve fibers, because they might also be damaged by a lesion
in this region - and knowledge of these relationships may be useful in localizing
the lesion. Then try provide the information listed below the section. Fill
in your answers in the table on the back of the card.
