----- - - 2) Identify the amygdala and trace (or be able to identify) the two output pathways from this nucleus.
----- - - 3) Draw a cross section through the hippocampal formation and label the subdivisions of this structure.
----- - - 4) Identify the region known as the hypothalamus.
----- - - 5) Identify the structures marked by letters on cards 13.1 - 13.8.
