1) Spastic hemiplegia involving both the arm and leg.
2) Babinski (extensor plantar) response present.
3)Weakness of the lower facial muscles without atrophy.
4) When the tongue is extended, it deviates slightly to the right, but atrophy and fasciculations are lacking.
